How do I import my data from Outlook?:
Download our desktop Version and use it to import your Outlook data.
You can then easily upload/download/synchronize your calendar data with the online version.
How do I create a shared calendar?:
1. Click on the grey "Manage Calendars" link underneath the photo theme image (Day/Week/Diary Views).
2. Enter a desired name for your shared calendar and then click on the "Create" button. The name of your
newly-created calendar will appear, along with "manage" and "delete" links. Click on the "manage" link.
3. A heading will appear called "Manage shared access to calendar" along with the name of the shared calendar you selected.
Simply enter the email addresses of family/friends/co-workers you wish to invite to access your shared calendar.
They will be notified by email and then you can all enter/update calendar events in this common shared calendar.
You can create as many shared calendars as you wish.
How do I add birthday reminders?:
1. Click on the grey "Birthday Reminders" link underneath the photo theme image (Day/Week/Diary Views).
2. You can either enter known birthdays manually at the bottom of the page or copy the message/invitation link in the center of the page and email it to your friends.
The advantage of emailing the invitation to your friends is that when they register, they will be prompted to enter their birthday and it will show up automatically into your own calendar (painless).
You will also then receive an email reminder both 7 days and 1 day prior to any birthday event.
Diary Help
How do I create a shared diary?
1. Click on the "Create a Shared Diary" link at the top left-hand side of the Diary View page.
2. Enter a desired name for your shared diary and then click on the "Create" button. The name of your
newly-created diary will appear, along with "manage" and "delete" links. Click on the "manage" link.
3. A heading will appear called "Manage shared access to diary" along with the name of the shared calendar you selected.
Simply enter the email addresses of family/friends/co-workers you wish to invite to access your shared diary.
They will be notified by email and then you can all enter text/photo diary entries together. If you are all online at the same time, you can in effect have
a dynamic live conversation as your entries will appear immediately. Perfect for creating a shared travel diary (or intimate personal one together with your lover!)

Creating Photo Themes
How do I create a Flickr photo theme?
1. Click on the grey "Flickr Photo Themes" link underneath the photo theme image (Day/Week/Diary Views).
2. Enter a desired name for your Flickr photo theme and then click on the "Create" button.
3. Enter search terms (i.e. kittens, puppies, penguins, etc.) into the search field and then simply click/drag thumbnails
you like over to the right-hand window panel. When you are happy with your selection, click on the "Save" button at the bottom.
4. Click on the "Week" link at the top left-hand side of the page to go back to Week View and select your Flickr photo theme from the
drop-down listbox above the photo theme area. The initial Flickr photo will now be displayed in the photo theme area.
How do I create a photo theme using my own photos?
1. Click on the grey "Personal Photo Themes" link underneath the photo theme image (Day/Week/Diary Views).
2. Enter a name for your personal photo theme and then click on the "Create" button.
3. On the page that appears next, click on the "Select Images" button to upload desired photos from your PC/laptop. You will be able
to preview them as thumbnails and to delete them (click on "x" link) as well. When you are happy with your final selection, click on "Finish".
You will be taken back to the main page where you can now enter an (optional) caption underneath each image (click "Save" button).
4. Click on the "Week" link at the top left-hand side of the page to go back to Week View and your newly-created personal photo theme will now be
displayed. Voila!
How do I create a shared photo theme with my friends?
1. Click on the grey "Personal Photo Themes" link underneath the photo theme image (Day/Week/Diary Views).
2. Click on the name of the desired photo theme underneath "Personal Photo Theme Packs".
3. On the page that appears next, you will see a heading called "Manage Shared Access to Personal Photo Theme Pack" near the bottom of the page along with
the name of the photo theme you selected. Simply enter the email addresses of the friends you wish to invite and they will be notified that you have granted them
access to your photo theme. They will then be able to upload photos into this common photo theme pack as well.
